Fees that give

Life-Law Legal Services is an exclusive program of Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA, created by David Kennedy in 1998. When we represent you in an accident or injury case and recover damages, we pledge to donate 10% of our customary one-third contingency fee to the church or charity you choose.
You pay 10% less in attorney fees. Your church or charity receives meaningful support for its work. And because the donation comes from the firm, you may claim the tax deduction.
Since the program began, Life-Law Legal Services has directed more than $15,000 in donations to churches, pregnancy resource centers, youth programs, and ministries across the country.
